Barclays Wealth - Competency Model and Data Analysis

The HR Team at Barclays Wealth had the challenge of dealing with a largescale competency project that looked at how staff were meeting performance targets. We were engaged to develop a solution to enable staff to easily provide performance data and to allow the HR team to analyse this data quickly.

The database solution that we developed now enables the team to easily deliver detailed reporting to management on how staff are performing. This solution helps HR to manage their training resources and to ensure all staff are given the help they need to meet the high performance standards set by this international bank

National Council for Voluntary Organisations - Event Evaluation Database

Evaluating events and reporting on the success of these events required a major effort for the Sustainable Funding team within NCVO. The team asked us to provide a way to capture the responses to evaluations and report on the quality of the event.

We developed an easy to use data entry solution to enable the team to capture key data about the organisations and people attending their events. Once captured a comprehensive report is produced. This report is produced in a matter of seconds with no further input from the team, this is the key saving for the team as the reporting task took a huge amount of time in the past.

This project really enabled us to demonstrate how we understand the needs of the user and brought real savings in time and effort to the team.

Barclays Wealth - Financial Management

Following the success of the Competency Database, Barclays Wealth asked us to return to provide a solution to manage financial data regarding their training courses and other training related expenses.

The data solution is now being used by teams around the country and has enabled them to capture and report on key data that previously took huge effort.

Now being regarded as a key resource for providing data solutions to Barclays, a further project was given to us to develop a data solution that would enable key HR staff to manage information regarding Employees.

This solution means that reporting on key ER data is now quick and easy, the team can capture data efficiently and monitor this crucial data with ease
