Brit Insurance Holdings - Snowdrop HR Implementation

The HR team within Brit Insurance needed an end to end solution to manage recruitment, learning and development and payroll data.

We were asked to project manage the procurement and implementation of their chosen system, Snowdrop. The project was a huge success and we were delighted to be able to support the team through their implementation. We delivered training and support during the course of the introduction of the system. Snowdrop is now the key solution used by all in the HR team and the reporting ability brings benefit to the wider business.

We continue to support the HR team at Brit Insurance in the use of Snowdrop and work with them to implement new functions and processes.

NESTA - Project TAO

The National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts (NESTA) needed a new way to manage their information in an organised and collabrative way. We created a project called Project TAO (Transparency, Accountability and Openness). Project TAO had a number of aims; to create an organised method of managing information, to introduce a records policy and to create responsibility within the organisation for the management of information. The project has been a great success, and brought in all of our services. We designed some collaborative tools and ran learning events to get the project moving.

The beauty of how we work is that we have all of the services that enable and organisation to Learn, Create and Change. It doesn't just have to be one.

PhonePay Plus - Project TAO

Following the success of Project TAO at NESTA, PhonePay Plus engaged our services to help them streamline their information management. The project was a huge success and enabled the organisation to get more from the information they hold.

PhonePay Plus are a key provider of help and guidance to the public on and various sectors on the use of Premium Rate numbers. As an expert in this area, it is key that their information is managed effectively offering the intelligence they need to deliver their vital services.
