NESTA
The National Endowment for Science Technology and the Arts (NESTA) needed a new way to manage their information in an organised and collabrative way. We created a project called Project TAO (Transparency, Accountability and Openness). Project TAO had a number of aims; to create an organised method of managing information, to introduce a records policy and to create responsibility within the organisation for the management of information. The project has been a great success, and brought in all of our services. We designed some collaborative tools and ran learning events to get the project moving.
The beauty of how we work is that we have all of the services that enable and organisation to Learn, Create and Change. It doesn't just have to be one.
Kings College London
Our work means we become experts in all sorts of fields. One of these is the impact that the Freedom of Information act has had on organisations. Kings hired our services to enable them to get a better understanding of how the FOI will affect them and how they can make better use of the time available to deal with the act.
